"Self-Worth is the foundation of who we are as human beings and is highly valued in today’s world. It plays a role in every decision we make and in every relationship we have.

Making Sense of Your Worth is an 8-week program designed to help adults make sense of the lies we've been told (and that we continue to tell ourselves). We will do some fun but profound activities to discover the truth and recover our self-worth. Participants of MSOYW show increases in positive self-worth and secure attachment. This highly sought-after program was developed by Cindy R. Lee of Halo Project International, and she trained me as a facilitator. I have been through the program myself, so I can attest to its impact. If you are serious about coming to terms with family of origin issues, insecure attachment patterns, or other hurdles to healthy relationships, the greatest and fastest impact can be found in a pairing of MSOYW and individual therapy. Feel free to ask about that if you are interested in learning more." Group Cost: $60 per weekly 2-hour session.

"At times all parents feel lost or without a clue about what our child might need from us. Imagine what it might feel like if you were able to make sense of what your child was really asking from you. The Circle of Security Parenting™ program is based on decades of research about how secure parent-child relationships can be supported and strengthened.
Learning Objectives of the Program:
• Understand your child’s emotional world by learning to read the emotional needs
• Support your child’s ability to successfully manage emotions
• Enhance the development of your child's self esteem
• Honor your innate wisdom and desire for your child to be secure"
